Our refund and return policy lasts 14 days.\u00a0If 14 days have passed since your purchase, we cannot offer you a full refund or exchange.<\/p>

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition you received it.\u00a0It must also be in the original packaging.<\/p>

Several types of goods are exempt from return.\u00a0Perishable goods such as food, flowers, newspapers or magazines cannot be returned.\u00a0Additionally, we do not accept intimate or sanitary products, hazardous materials, or flammable liquids or gases.<\/p>

Additional non-returnable items:<\/p>

  • Gift cards<\/li>
  • Downloadable software products<\/li>
  • Some health and personal care items<\/li><\/ul>

    To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.<\/p><\/div>

    Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer.<\/p>

    There are some situations where only partial refunds are given:<\/p>

    • Book with obvious signs of use<\/li>
    • CDs, DVDs, VHS tapes, software, video games, cassettes, or vinyl records that have been opened<\/li><\/ul>

      Any item not in its original condition, is damaged, or is missing parts for reasons not due to our error.
      Any item returned more than 30 days after delivery<\/p>

      Reimbursement<\/b><\/h5>

      Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to let you know that we have received your returned item.\u00a0We will also notify you when your refund is approved or rejected.<\/p>

      If you are approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original payment method, within a certain number of days.<\/p>

      Late or missing refunds<\/b><\/h5>

      If you still haven’t received a refund, please check your bank account again.<\/p>

      Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time for your refund to be officially posted.<\/p>

      Then contact your bank.\u00a0There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.<\/p>
